TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited for the sale of
damaged paddy stocks of crop year 2007-08 categorized by FCI
as Feed-III & Industrial Use on “AS IS WHERE IS
BASIS” lying at the following premises:

.Only the parties registered with FCI and
who furnish Earnest Money as per the tender terms will be
eligible to participate. The successful tenderer would also
be required to furnish an affidavit to the effect that the
stocks thus purchased will not be recycled for human consumption
and shall only be used for the purpose of cattle feed/Industrial
use. The tenderers will quote category-wise rates subject
to minimum of 500 MTs. The stocks can be inspected by the
tenderers on any working day at Ranwan & Khamano in district
Fatehgarh Sahib.
The tender form indicating the detailed terms and conditions
can be had from the office of the General Manager (Proc),
Punjab Agro Foodgrains Corporation Ltd, Chandigarh on the
payment of Rs. 500/- (five hundred only) in cash on any working
day upto 04/08/2010 at 12:30 P.M. or may be down-loaded from
our website www.punjabagro.co.in. In case of down-loaded forms,
the tenderers will have to pay the cost of tender form at
the time of submitting the tender.
The offer should be accompanied by a demand draft in favour
of Punjab Agro Foodgrains Corporation Ltd payable at Chandigarh
equivalent to 5% of the quoted value as earnest money deposit
(EMD) .The offers accompanied with cheques shall be summarily
rejected. Sealed offers should reach the office of Punjab
Agro Foodgrains Corporation Ltd, Plot No.2-A, Sector-28-A,
Chandigarh on or before 04/08/2010 upto 1:00 P.M. The Tender
shall be opened in the presence of tenderers or their authorized
representatives who may wish to be present on 04/08/2010 at
2:30 P.M. PAFC reserves the right to accept/reject any or
all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
